Tim is a nutrition coach with a passion for helping people to unlock their inner athlete by eating to perform at home, work, in the gym or on the sports field.
Tim’s philosophy is that nutrition isn’t necessarily complicated but figuring out what works for you can be tricky. Rather than give out generic meal plans, Tim helps people match the food they love to their goals.
Tim is a Level 4 Nutrition Coach, a qualified fitness instructor and will be completing his personal training qualification later this year.
In a previous life Tim worked in a corporate job requiring lots of travel, so he loves passing on his experience of balancing good nutrition around the challenges of travelling for work.
