Tuesday & Friday classes are for anyone, from beginners to experts. Athlete Movement’s knowledgeable coaches are dedicated to ensuring you achieve your goal whilst pushing you past where you thought possible.
Monday Night’s class is our Olympic Weightlifting Club session. To attend the Club session you must be technically able to perform both the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk movements. You do not need to be an expert in the two Olympic lifts at all however the session is aimed at people looking to progress their lifts rather than learning the basics.
