Hyrox sessions are designed to show you just how fit you can be. Whether your aim is to enter a Hyrox competition or just push your fitness and mindset to levels you previously thought impossible, you will love these sessions!
Each session is designed specifically to prepare you, push you and support you in making life changing improvements to your health and fitness.
Our coaches are on hand to keep you accountable, motivated and working for the team. There’s no one left behind in our Hyrox sessions so prepare to dig deep and reap the benefits.
For the truly competitive these sessions will prepare you perfectly to hit the Hyrox competition floor. If competing isn’t your thing you will simple feel, look and move better as a result of truly pushing yourself and finding out what you’re capable of.
Expect to find a mixture of running, rowing, skiErg, sled work, walls balls and much more each week and all delivered by our expert coaches.
We hold Hyrox classes every day from Monday to Sunday with plenty of different start times to ensure you can join in and no barriers to entry.
