With all of our outstanding Coaches you have the option of in-person or online coaching.
In-person sessions are perfect for you if you want a truly hands-on experience. Whether that be to motivate you in sessions, check and improve your technique or keep you accountable. Our Coaches are truly the best in class and will help drive you towards your goals with 100% accuracy.
Online, sometimes called remote or virtual, coaching is growing in popularity. Many people feel they do not need as much in-person coaching and more need the support of a personalised, progressive training plan alongside accountability, technique feedback and support through online channels. This would be ideal for someone who has a good level of training experience and looking to take their results to new levels.

Ben specialises in making people strong. If you’re looking to compete in strength sports, or get strong for any reason, Ben is the perfect coach for you.
Ben mixes traditional barbell movements with Strongman lifts and has almost a decade of experience coaching hundreds of people to great success. Alongside this wealth of experience as a coach, Ben competes at the elite level in Strongman. Reaching the finals of England’s Strongest Man in 2023.
If you are looking to compete in Powerlifting or Strongman, Ben has a team of online clients who he trains for competitions and who consistently place in the top 3 of major competitions.

Tristan is a highly respected, experienced coach who predominantly helps people looking to take their performance in functional fitness to the next level.

Ed specialises in helping people who are looking to prioritise their strength, longevity and general health.

Functional Fitness and Pre & Post Natal training are Kasia’s two areas of expertise.
Kasia feels passionately that the post natal phase of a Mums life never stops. Through specialist programming and support Kasia works with Mums to ensure they reclaim their confidence, energy and smash new goals in the gym.
In the functional fitness arena Kasia is often unrivalled in both her knowledge & performance levels. Most recently finishing 53rd in the world in the CrossFit® Open.
