Jump in to SweatCon to burn more calories than you knew possible!
SweatCon classes are designed with no barriers to entry, everyone can jump straight in with no fear of needing to learn complicated techniques or lift heavy weights.
Sweatcon classes are the perfect antidote to a busy day; we take away all the variables so you can take part without any stresses or thinking time.
In every class you will work your way through three different areas with very little rest time to ensure your heart rate remains high and you burn the maximum number of calories possible.
SweatCon classes focus on effort rather than weight lifted. You will be challenging yourself to work harder and going at a pace that works for you with no pressures except our Coaches motivating you to be honest with yourself and keep a smile on your face!
Our SweatCon classes are the perfect entry point for someone new to Athlete Movement who enjoys HIIT training and a positive, motivational atmosphere. Everyone is in it together in SweatCon and we want you to leave the class happy, motivated and most of all sweaty!
We hold SweatCon classes every day from Monday to Sunday with plenty of different start times to ensure you can join in and no barriers to entry. If you’re up for it, you’re in!
These classes are open to all ages and abilities with each individual working to their own goals within an awesome, encouraging community of fellow trainers. So book your place today and join us to level up your training.
